JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- Members of the JBB community march in procession as Senior Airman Ann Leifer, 332nd Expeditionary Aerospace Medical Squadron aerospace medicine journeyman, carries JBB's first Torah into Gilbert Memorial Chapel during a dedication ceremony here March 21. The Torah, which was donated to JBB by the Jewish Welfare Board, contains the five books of Moses, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, handwritten on a scroll of special parchment leather.
