Freedom Hall is put to the test
Airman 1st Class Demonte Berkley and Staff Sgt. Brandon Reed eat lunch at Freedom Hall Dining Facility Feb. 14. During the service, evaluators from the National Restaurant Association graded the facility on multiple aspects. The 58th Annual Hennessy Trophy Awards Program Competition grades facilities on categories including; kitchen operations, serving and dining, training and sanitation and maintenance.
