11 CES suits up for HAZMAT training
11th Civil Engineer Squadron readiness and emergency managers work on a simulated exercise of a storage tank leak during hazardous material training on Joint Base Andrews, Md., Sept 29, 2016. The purpose of the exercise is to be prepared to handle HAZMAT or react to a toxic spill mishap that may result in destruction.
