Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James exits her farewell ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Jan. 11, 2017. James held the position of the 23rd secretary of the Air Force from 2013 to 2017 and was responsible for organizing, equipping, training thousands of Airmen and their families.
