Air Force Col. Richard A. Kibbey, 32, of Delmar, New York, killed in 1967 at age 32 was buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., Mar. 29, 2019. Kibbey's remains were identified by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency on Aug. 6, 2018.
