Maj. Gen. Frank H. Stokes is the Commander, Air National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. He guides an Air Directorate staff of over 1200 Airmen to formulate plans, policies, programs and execution of the Air National Guard's $11 billion annual appropriation, enabling the mission readiness of 107,700 military and civilian personnel in 90 wings throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Maj. Gen. Stokes is a principal adviser to the Director, Air National Guard for field-level resourcing, planning and execution.
