JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. - Robert Spiers, 89th Airlift Wing historian, leads a lecture on the historical significance of the PAX Terminal during Joint Base Andrews’ first “Windshield Tour,” a quarterly-held event hosted by the Military and Family Support Center that involved a tour bus of military spouses being introduced to historical attractions on the base, Oct. 23, 2020. Spiers briefed the spouses on the 89th Airlift Wing’s historical role and its mission at JBA.
