Mattea Sanders, 316th Wing historian, gives tour attendees a historical lecture about the Belle Chance house during the “Windshield Tour,” a Joint Base Andrews sightseeing event that took place in and outside of the tour bus, on JBA, Oct. 23, 2020. The property of the Belle Chance dates back to 1818 and contains an extensive Air Force history of all the general officers who have lived there.
