Joint Base Andrews conducts street cordon rehearsal for 60th Presidential Inauguration
January 17, 2025 — U.S. Airmen assigned to the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region participate during a street cordon rehearsal at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Jan. 16, 2025. The rehearsal included participation from the 316th Wing, 844th Communications Group, and members with the 11th Wing, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, D.C., to practice and validate plans for the 60th Presidential Inauguration. JBA Fisher House celebrates 30 years of support
October 4, 2024 — The Joint Base Andrews Fisher House commemorated its 30th anniversary with a celebration event at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Sept. 26, 2024. The event also honored the legacy of Zachary Fisher, founder of the Fisher House Foundation, on what would have been his birthday. Located within walking distance of the Malcolm Grow Medical Clinics and Surgery Center, the Fisher House offers care for families of active-duty members, veterans, and retirees who receive treatment at the base’s medical facilities or local hospitals.
