Airman Gabrielle Spalding, 11th Wing Public Affairs photojournalist, hangs up a target during the 2nd Annual Excellence in Competition on Joint Base Andrews, Nov. 8, 2016. Service members were broken into relays to allow everyone who signed up the chance to participate and test their marksmanship, with each member shooting 30 rounds from a Beretta M9 pistol.
