Lisa Franklin, 316th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron behavioral health social worker case manager, shares her story about 9/11 while Airmen from the 316th Wing hold a commemoration ceremony for the 25th anniversary of 9/11 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Sep. 11, 2026. The ceremony marked the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, honoring the nearly 3,000 lives lost and paying tribute to those who served and died in defense of the nation.
