The close air support (CAS) B-24A Liberator on display at 2012 JSOH had guests stopping in their paths to snap photos of Diamond Lil – the brown hair, blue eye pin up girl that represents the aircrafts call sign. Walking around the 2012 Joint Service Open House on Joint Base Andrews, Md., May 18 – 20, guests get an eclectic view of military aviation. JSOH celebrates Marine history with newest aircraft

The V-22 Osprey is the newest addition to the Marine Corps’ aviation fleet.  Guests were given a preview of its capabilities during its show performances when it flew down the flight line as a helicopter and back using its airplane capabilities.  The 2012 Joint Service Open House is celebrating 100 years of Marine aviation May 18 – 20 on Joint Base Andrews, Md.
