By Senior Airman Torey Griffith 11th Wing Public Affairs

Proving the Air Force core value of "Excellence in all We Do," the Air National Guard Readiness Center here achieved the rating of "excellent" during a Unit Compliance Inspection Aug. 9-12.

The inspection ensures units are fit for duty at home and abroad while adhering to the rules and standards set forth by the Air Force.

"I am extremely proud of everyone here at the ANGRC, and their hard work," said Brig. Gen. Brian Neal, Air National Guard Readiness Center commander. "This inspection, and the excellent results, validated that we are supporting the entire Air National Guard with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and expertise."

The main mission of the Air national Guard Readiness Center is to ensure ANG field units are properly resourced to train and equip for state and federal missions across the entire spectrum of military operations. The ANGRC also provides unparalleled wingman support sustaining the 106,700 Airmen in 89 ANG Wings throughout the entire mission duration and careers.
