2. Brief job description: Responsible for maintaining day to day front line operations. Issue DD Form 2220/2219(Decals), DD Forms 1934 (Geneva Convention ID Card), and AF Forms 354 (AF civilian ID cards) to military/DOD personnel who live or work on Andrews AFB as required with the exception of DOD retirees. Responsible for issuance of restricted/controlled area badges using the Pathfinder/AMAG computer system for flight line entry. Process customers/visitors requesting extended passes and or individuals identified for probable cause through The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and The Maryland Electronic Telecommunications Enforcement System (METERS). Responsible for maintaining operational capability of the Mobilisa Defense ID system. Conduct base wide sponsorship briefings for individuals deemed by their Unit Commander or civilian equivalent the authorization to allow non-military affiliated individual's access to base/restricted areas.

Married to Shirley Williams (retired MSgt) I have two children Tiffany (26) bachelor's from Florida State & Master's from University of South Florida, Joemour Williams (21) currently attending Old Dominion University on a football scholarship double majoring in Sociology and Criminology.

Served in the Air Force from 1982-1992

5. What are your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are fishing, golfing, and reading

6. Why are you being recognized today?
 
I am being recognized for physically typing by hand 2,000 AF IMT 335's, Issuance Record Accountability Forms. This process cut 3 minutes off our issuance time for each AF FM 354 and DD FM 1934 for our customers.
