New travel cards in the mail

By Air Force District of Washington

CitiBank, the Defense Department's new travel card provider, began mailing new cards to current cardholders in August. The new cards replace the current Bank of America cards which will no longer be valid after Nov. 29.

The CitiBank card arrives in a plain white envelope with a return address of Columbus, Ga., so don't mistake your new card for junk mail. Verify receipt of the card immediately by contacting the 800 number on back of the card, or via CitiBank's Web site at http://www.citimanager.com

All travel card holders should continue using the old Bank of America cards for travel through Nov. 29. Current cardholders who do not receive a new CitiBank travel card by Sept. 30, should contact their Organization Agency Program Manager.
