U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Ponce-Cisneros isn't just performing his duties, he's shaping the operational landscape of the 316th Wing. Recognizing a gap, Ponce-Cisneros spearheaded the training of dozens of administrative personnel on the intricacies of the LeaveWeb program, streamlining processes and improving efficiency across the entire installation. His proactive approach, along with his seamless assumption of leadership duties during a colleague's month-long absence, highlights his commitment to service and unwavering dedication to his fellow Airmen. For these efforts, he is Winnin’ like a Griffin for the month of July.
