Past to present: Former CMSAFs inspire the next generation of Airmen

Retired Chief Master Sgts. of the Air Force Frederick J. Finch, James A. Roy and Kaleth O. Wright participated in a panel discussion at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Dec. 8, 2025. The 13th, 16th and 18th chief master sergeants of the Air Force shared their perspectives on leadership, resilience and the evolution of the enlisted force during the session with Airmen and Guardians. The panel was a professional development event coordinated by the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Public Affairs, providing attendees an opportunity to engage with former senior enlisted advisors and gain insight into challenges, lessons learned and enduring values that shape the Air Force today.
