JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. –
Members of the 316th Security Forces Support Squadron held a retirement ceremony for Military Working Dogs Baily and Howoard at the base theater at Joint Base Andrews, April 15, 2026. After the ceremony Howoard was adopted by his handler U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Ryan Willson and Baily was adopted by his handler Senior Airman Daylynn Robinson.
Together, Baily and Howoard completed 3,100 hours of explosive detection, 3,700 vehicle searches, 50 national airborne operations center movements, and 210 transport movements for President Donald Trump and former President Joe Biden
