JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. – Tech. Sgt. Dorothy Vincent-Green, Reserve Coordinator for the 779th Medical Group Education and Training Flight received a STAR Note from Maj. Gen. Roosevelt Allen, 79 MDW Commander. A STAR Note is a 79 Medical Wing (79 MDW) recognition program for outstanding enlisted, officers and civilians within the 79 MDW organization. Maj. Gen. Roosevelt Allen presents a note and coin to an outstanding staff member for a sustained or singularly distinctive contribution once a month.
