JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. – Mr. Michael McCombs, lab technician for the 779th Medical Group Dental Squadron received a Star Note from Maj. Gen. Roosevelt Allen, 79 Medical Wing (MDW) Commander. A STAR Note is a 79 MDW recognition program for outstanding enlisted, officers and civilians within the 79 MDW organization. Maj. Gen. Allen presents a note and coin to an outstanding staff member for a sustained or singularly distinctive contribution once a month.
