O’Rourke provides daily deployment planning and execution support to over 1,000 organizations across the National Capital Region.

The Detroit, Michigan, native single handedly booked over 23 averted flights, totaling $45,000 within two days. Also, his attention to detail enabled him to identify and submit 10 change requests to Air Force District of Washington, ensuring deployed service members arrival to their destination was safe and on time.
