Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission contractors build scaffolding components for water tower renovations at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Aug. 5, 2026. Andrews is working with Prince George’s County to implement renovations such as updated electrical wiring, new piping and new paint to preserve the notable military signage murals on the water tower.
