Kris Skinner, secretary general of SICOFAA and other air force leadership of the Americas a tour of the exercise headquarters. The VIP event was part of a SICOFAA exercise, (Sistema de cooperacion de las Fuerzas Aerias de las Americas) Cooperation 1 headquartered in Puerto Montt, Chile, Oct. 4 to 14.
