Darren McDew, Air Force District of Washington commander, and Mr. Timothy Wall, President of CDM Federal Programs Corporation, cut a ribbon signifying the dedication of the new Colonel William Atkinson Jones III building at Joint Base Andrews March 22, 2011. "The Jones Building" is a made from 20 percent recycled material and features a storm water recycling system and green roof, which will help power the energy efficient building while saving the Air Force 44.7 percent annually over the building it is replacing.
