New installation commander takes lead

ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, Md. -- Maj. Gen. Ralph Jodice, Air Force District of Washington commander, passes the 316th Wing guidon to Col. Steven Shepro on Aug. 28 in Hangar 1 during the Assumption of Command ceremony. Colonel Shepro comes from Balad Air Base, Iraq where he served as vice commader of the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing.
