Inactivation Ceremony

Brig. Gen. Richard Prosek receives the 231st Combat Communications Squadron Guidon from Lt. Col. Robert D. Price, 231 CCS commander, during the inactivation ceremony. The 231 CCS's mission was to provide rapidly mobile, highly secure, state-of-the-art communications  services to the United States of America and the District of Columbia.
