JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Elaine B. Rogers, USO of metropolitan Washington president, left, 1st Lt. Jason Castleberry, 89th Aerial Port Squadron passenger operations officer, John Marselle, chairman of the board for the USO, and Col. Jacqueline Van Ovost, 89th Airlift Wing commander, cut the ribbon for opening ceremonies at the passenger terminal June 9. The USO has been located inside the passenger terminal since 1995.
