NAF Washington holds change of command ceremony

Captain Timothy Fox, commanding officer of Naval Air Facility Washington, renders a salute to Rear Adm. Buzz Little in part of the transfer of command to Capt. Randolph B. Johnson on July 24. Captain Johnson relieved Captain Fox as commanding officer at the ceremony.  The change of command ceremony is a time-honored tradition that formally restates to the officer and enlisted sailors of the command the continuity of the authority of command.
