Plug-in electric vehicles coming to JBA

Air Force officials selected Joint Bases Andrews and McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., and Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., to become the initial federal enclave to replace their entire passenger vehicle fleet with electric models.
