Camp Lemonier, Djibouti - In the joint environment of the camp, right to left, Navy Rear. Adm. James M. Hart assists Col. John M. Crocker, Brig. Gen. Alfred J. Stewart and Ambassador W. Stuart Symington in cutting the cake to celebrate the Heritage to Horizons theme of the Air Force's 60th birthday. Hart is the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa commander, Crocker is the 449th Air Expeditionary Group commander and Air Component Coordination Element director, Stewart is the Central Command director of mobility forces and Symington is the United States Ambassador to Djibouti and grandson of the first Secretary of the Air Force W.
