Winnin’ Like a Griffin: Staff Sgt. Joel A. Ezzi
February 25, 2026 — Joint Base Andrews leadership visited the 316th Security Forces Squadron Base Defense Operations Center in support of the February “Winnin’ Like a Griffin” recognition at Andrews, Maryland, Feb. 17, 2026. U.S. Air Force Col. Jun S. Oh, 316th Wing and installation commander, coined U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joel A. Ezzi, 316th SFS BDOC controller, for outstanding performance, leadership and his contributions to training, readiness programs, the Wing Combat Readiness Inspection and the installation’s largest air show in decades... Patrick Henry K-8 School visits JBA for base tour
February 18, 2026 — Fifth grade students from Patrick Henry K-8 School visit Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, for a community engagement base tour, Feb. 10, 2026. Andrews hosts base tours for local civic organizations, schools and youth groups to educate members about the U.S. Air Force and Andrews’ missions.
